What this website does not do
This website has no contact form and no user accounts. We have not added analytics or advertising tools to it, and it does not set cookies of its own.
What we collect and when
When you visit. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, handles the technical data needed to deliver each page, such as your IP address, browser details and the page requested. Request logging is switched on for this site, and your browser may send network error reports to Cloudflare.
When you email or phone us. We receive your email address or phone number and whatever you tell us. Our email is hosted by Google.
When you message us on WhatsApp. We receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and your messages. Meta operates WhatsApp.
When you pay for a teardown. Stripe handles the payment. You enter your payment details into Stripe's own form, and they go to Stripe rather than to our website. Stripe's form loads only when you start to book.
When you book a time. Calendly handles the booking in a window on our page, and the meeting takes place on Zoom. You give your name, your email address and anything you choose to share to Calendly, and it can send us those details with the event name and start time. We give each payment a reference and pass it to Calendly, so we can match your payment to your booking.
When you hire us. We hold the information you share for the work. This can include access to your Google Search Console and Google Analytics data.
