What these terms cover
These terms cover the teardown you can buy on this website. Monthly work is priced and agreed in writing before it starts, and these terms do not cover it.
Who can buy
We sell to businesses only. By buying, you confirm that you are buying for your business and not as a consumer.
What you get
A teardown is a fixed-price review of your website: what is holding it back and what to do about it, in order. It covers:
- The searches your customers make that your site does not properly answer yet.
- The old or weak pages dragging the rest of your site down.
- How well your pages link to each other, and where that is costing you.
- A list of what to fix first, to do yourselves or hand to us as the first piece of work.
We deliver it within 10 working days. That period starts when we have your payment and anything we ask for to begin, such as your website address and access to your data.
Price and payment
The teardown costs £1,500 plus VAT at 20%, which is £1,800 in total, paid in advance online. Stripe processes the payment. Email us if you need a VAT invoice.
Booking a time
After you pay, you pick a time for a 30-minute Zoom kick-off through Calendly.
Credit against monthly work
If you hire us monthly after your teardown, the full amount you paid, £1,500 + VAT, is credited against your first month.
Results
Search results take months rather than weeks to appear. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel for a full refund until we start work. Once we have started, the fee is not refundable unless we fail to deliver the teardown. If we fail to deliver it, you can choose a full refund or a new delivery date. To cancel, email or phone us.
Ownership
You can keep and use your teardown in your business, whether or not you hire us afterwards. We keep ownership of our methods, software and templates.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, our total liability for a teardown is limited to the amount you paid, and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue or business.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
